The American Spirit Movement (ASM) is interviewing good men and women who are Business Development Professionals with the right KSA's (knowledge, skills, and abilities).

We have two Area Development Manager opportunities for Lee and Collier Counties, Florida to represent who we are and what we are doing!

Although our platform is national, we are launching a LOCAL grass-root and ground-floor Business Development position within our home market of SW Florida to then roll-out to other markets!

We have built a private, secure, login-credentialed online marketplace (American Spirit MARKETPLACE) where Conservative Businesses and Consumers support each other in Commerce, Employment, Networking, Education, Idea-sharing, and more.

We own and manage our own servers. We never sell members' data. We are "Keeping Conservative Dollars in Conservative Pockets!".

The RIGHT person will be a Patriotic Conservative who enjoys talking to people, has B2B / Business development / Outside Sales experience, is professional, humble, and would enjoy being a part of something growing and exciting.

The RIGHT person will have B2B experience AND really enjoy having discussions with Conservative Business Owners to enroll them into the American Spirit MARKETPLACE (which is very affordable).

The RIGHT person will not take personally rejection from encountering a non-Conservative owned business.

The RIGHT person will know their area whether they are working Lee or Collier County.

The RIGHT person will be self-motivated and have sustainable energy throughout the day.

The RIGHT person will have Vision, Tenacity, Organizational skills, and did I mention they will also be a Patriotic Conservative.

The RIGHT person MAY be able to "manage others" pending the success of the initiative with rollout. 1099 status will transfer to W2 status with further income and other opportunities.

This is a 1099 commission and residual income position with no ceiling. No BS. I wrote the compensation plan based upon reasonable projections the professional should be able to accomplish.

The Area Development Manager will report directly to me, Kevin Sabbides, Founder/CEO, American Spirit Movement, LLC - Bonita Springs, Florida.
